Positioned beside focus-working areas, these flexible spaces support impromptu collaboration. With movable furniture and biophilic accents, teams can instantly shift into brainstorming mode — fostering creativity without needing to book a room.

Smart Meeting Rooms — Precision for Every Purpose

From compact huddle rooms to mid-size meeting rooms, scales are carefully planned. All rooms sync seamlessly with our OA system, enabling quick booking and minimizing resource waste. Every minute is optimized for decision-making.

Tiered Presentation Space — A Stage for Ideas

Tiered seating breaks hierarchical distance and encourages open dialogue. Ideal for project showcases, internal roadshows, and training—where ideas spread more efficiently in a relaxed, focused environment.

Large Training Hall — Immersive Learning, Zero Disconnect

For 100+ participant training, modular chairs allow 30-second switching between lecture, workshop and group discussion modes. With removable partitions, the hall can split into three independent rooms, supporting simultaneous, targeted learning.

Café Collaboration Hub — Creativity Served with Coffee

Beyond great coffee, this space encourages spontaneous exchanges. It breaks the stereotype that “work only happens in meeting rooms” and injects ease, warmth and human connection into everyday interactions.

Phone Pods — Privacy in an Open Office

Acoustic phone booths offer quiet corners for confidential calls or focused conversations without disrupting colleagues — a small detail with huge impact on workplace experience.

Outdoor Green Spaces — Nature as a Catalyst

Outdoor lounges equipped with multipurpose furniture encourage employees to take conversations outside. Sunlight, fresh air and greenery naturally stimulate creative thinking and deeper interpersonal connection.
