On January 23, JE Furniture successfully held its Annual Management Conference and the 5th Annual Excellence Awards Ceremony at the Xiqiao Convention & Exhibition Center in Foshan.
The conference was attended by Chairman Zhu Zhengchen, Executive President Zhang Huichun, heads of business units, functional executives, and key business leaders. During the conference, Liu Zijing, Operations Director of the Thailand Manufacturing Base, delivered a comprehensive review of localized operations. From capacity ramp-up and supply chain integration to local team development and channel expansion, the presentation highlighted JE Furniture’s strategic foresight in Southeast Asia—laying a solid foundation for continued global manufacturing deployment and access to key overseas markets.

Next, Peng Guangming, Director of Brand Marketing, provided a systematic breakdown of JE Furniture’s brand-building strategy across the entire value chain. He emphasized that the company must move beyond traditional manufacturing logic, leveraging coordinated efforts across R&D, production, sales and corporate culture to establish a resilient global brand presence.

In his address, Executive President Zhang Huichun outlined five core priorities for 2026: talent development, product competitiveness, key account strategy, operational efficiency and quality management. To further empower innovation, the conference welcomed Dr. Xing Lei, Vice President of Huaxia Foundation Management Consulting Group, as a guest speaker.
